Prime Longevity
Terms of use
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These terms apply to the Prime Longevity app for iPhone and Android, made by Evolvee ApS, CVR 44432277, Jagtvej 120, 3. 353, 2200 København N, Denmark ("we"). By using the app you accept them. Contact: support@primelongevity.app.
1. What the app is for (intended purpose)
Prime Longevity is a cosmetic skincare app. It helps you keep a skincare routine, keep track of your products and follow how the appearance of your skin changes against your own first photo.
Prime Longevity follows how your skin looks. It does not check moles, marks or skin health: show anything that worries you to a doctor. It is not a medical device and is not meant to detect, diagnose, monitor, treat or prevent any disease or condition.
2. AI estimates are not medical advice
The face comparison, the ingredient reading and the weekly note are produced by an AI model. They are estimates of how your skin looks in two photos or of what an ingredient list says, and they can be wrong. A change smaller than photo noise is shown as Steady. Results depend on light, angle and the photos you take. Ingredient cautions, including those for pregnancy and breastfeeding, are general information, not advice for you: follow the product's label and ask a doctor or pharmacist. Do not use the app instead of professional advice.
3. Who may use the app
You must be 16 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to any purchase.
4. Your account
You can use the app without an account. Some features create an account without an email the first time you use them; you may add an email to sign in on another phone. Keep access to your email: we use it to send sign-in codes. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Privacy > Delete everything. An account without an email is deleted after 6 months without activity (our privacy notice has the details).
5. Free features and membership
Free: routines, check-ins, streaks, streak freezes, levels and achievements, the weekly goal, reminders, your shelf of products added by hand, your photos and the side-by-side photo compare. Your first AI comparison is free, once per account (photos that cannot be compared do not use it, up to 3 new photos).
Membership adds AI comparisons of your weekly photo, AI ingredient readings and a weekly AI note. Each is limited to a fair daily amount (today 3 comparisons, 20 readings and 2 notes a day).
Buying and renewal. Membership is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play. The prices are set to about 12 EUR a month or 120 EUR a year, at the price points of each store and converted by the store in other currencies. The price that applies is the one the store shows when you buy, VAT included. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm. The membership renews automatically at the end of each period for the same period and the then current price, until you cancel.
Cancelling. Cancel in the store, not in the app: on iPhone in Settings > your name > Subscriptions (Apple: at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge); on Android in Google Play > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions (any time). You keep membership until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
EU consumer rights, refunds and withdrawal. The in-app purchase is made with Apple or Google, which act as the seller and handle refunds under their own terms. Your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer in the EU is handled by the store under its terms. To ask Apple for a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: Payments and subscriptions > Budget and history, or Google's refund request page.
Price changes are announced by the store, which asks for your consent where its rules require it.
Billing problems. If a renewal payment fails, the store retries for a while; membership stays on during the store's grace period and then pauses until the payment is fixed.
What happens after membership ends. Everything you made stays: earlier comparisons, readings and notes remain readable. Only new AI requests need membership again.
6. Vector ONE months
Each Vector ONE bottle in a paid order from our web shop gives 6 months of membership: one bottle gives 6 months, two bottles give a year. To receive them, sign in to the app with the email used for the order, within 12 months of payment. Months from several orders follow one another. If you already pay for membership through a store, the months start when your paid membership ends (turn off renewal in the store to start them). The months do not renew by themselves, have no cash value, belong to one account, and end when the account is deleted. A refunded bottle's 6 months are removed, and all of an order's months are removed if it is cancelled or fully refunded. Bottles with a zero price after discounts do not count. Months never reach more than 36 months ahead. We may change this offer for future orders; months already given stay.
7. Using the app fairly
Use the app for yourself and only with photos of your own face. Do not try to get around the daily limits, the membership, or the security of the app or our servers, and do not use the app to create accounts in bulk. We may suspend AI features for an account that does.
8. Your content
Your photos, routines and notes are yours. You give us only the rights needed to run the features you switch on, as our privacy notice describes. The app, its design, texts and code belong to Evolvee ApS or its licensors.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app and its AI features available, but cannot promise they always are. We may change or end features. We will update these terms when needed and say so in the app before a change that affects you.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
11. Law and complaints
Danish law applies, without taking away the protection of the law of the EU country where you live. If you have a complaint, write to us first. You may also use the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Nævnenes Hus) or the EU's consumer centres.
