Membership

What is free?

Routines, check-ins, streaks, reminders, your shelf, your photos and the side-by-side photo compare, always. Your first AI comparison is free too.

What does membership add?

AI comparisons of your weekly photo against your baseline, AI readings of ingredient lists, and a weekly note from your own numbers.

How do I cancel?

In the store you bought it from. iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Android: Google Play > your profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions. You keep membership until the end of the period you paid for. The app shows the way under You > Settings > Membership > Manage subscription. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the store.

I have a new phone

Sign in with your email in Settings > Account, then tap Restore purchases in Settings > Membership. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you bought with.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google in Google Play > Payments and subscriptions > Budget and history.

Vector ONE months

Each Vector ONE bottle in a paid order gives 6 months of membership: one bottle gives 6 months, two bottles give a year. In the app, open the membership page and tap "Bought Vector ONE? Sign in with your order email" (also in Settings > Membership and Settings > Account), then enter the code we email you. If your order used a different email than your account, write to us from the order email with your account code.

Vector ONE is a night cream made by SATURATE. Prime Longevity and SATURATE belong to the same company

Scans

My comparison says Steady everywhere

That is the honest result when nothing changed more than photo noise. Change shows over weeks, not days.

The app asks me for a new photo

The light, angle, distance or something in the way made the two photos too different to compare. Take the photo in the same place and light as your baseline. A new photo for this reason does not use your free comparison.

I reached the daily limit

Up to 3 comparisons, 20 readings and 2 notes a day. The limit resets at midnight UTC.

Does the app check moles or skin problems?

No. Prime Longevity follows how your skin looks. It does not check moles, marks or skin health: show anything that worries you to a doctor.

Privacy and your data

Each feature that sends data off your phone has its own switch in Settings > Privacy, off until you turn it on. Delete everything at any time in Settings > Privacy > Delete everything: the screen lists what is deleted and what is not before you confirm. How we handle data: primelongevity.app/privacy. Deleting your account: primelongevity.app/delete-account. Terms of use: primelongevity.app/terms.

Reminders do not arrive

Check that notifications are allowed for Prime Longevity in your phone's settings, and that the times are set in You > Settings > Reminders. On Android, battery saving can delay a reminder by a few minutes.
